The store is a place to sell miscellaneous items that don't belong in your content libraries.
What can I sell in my store?
You can sell any physical or digital items as long as they adhere to our Content Policy.
What pricing options are available?
Our store pricing options offer lots of flexibility, enabling you to set either single or multiple prices for each store item. And our Extras feature provides the option to include add-ons and upsells with the store item. Prices can even be set to $0 if you don't want to charge more.
How do I collect info from customers for things like custom videos?
You can use our custom forms feature to collect additional information with a purchase. Learn more about using custom forms
How do I manage custom video orders?
You can use our order management system to track and manage your store orders. This is great for things like custom videos.
Can I ONLY offer a store on my site?
Yes, you can ONLY offer a store on your site. You are not required to have content libraries (videos and photosets).
Can I run a clip store?
Yes, you can run a clip store.
Can I sell eBooks or ZIP files?
Yes, as long as they adhere to our Content Policy.

Can I link to a print shop or external store?
You can link to an external store or print shop from your site's main menu or a custom page. Purchases completed on your member site always run through the built-in store — we don't redirect checkout / payments to a third-party provider (this is not allowed).
Who ships physical store items?
You do. Digital store items are delivered automatically by the platform, but for physical merchandise you pack and ship orders yourself. mymember.site does not warehouse inventory or run a fulfillment center. We highly recommend turning on the Order Management System when creating physical store items.

Can I connect my fulfillment center?
There is no direct API integration with third-party fulfillment centers. Most creators export order details from Dashboard → Store → Orders and import them into their fulfillment system manually. Configure shipping zones so checkout collects the right countries and rates.
Can I import store products in bulk?
There is no CSV bulk import for store items today. Add products one at a time from Dashboard → Store. If you have a large catalog to migrate, contact our Live Chat support to discuss options.
