Shipping zones

You can specify which countries you ship to, with the shipping zones feature.

Create a new shipping zone

  1. In Store > Shipping you'll see a shipping zones tab.

  2. Click Add shipping zone.

  3. Name your shipping zone
    Give your shipping zone a name. This name is NOT shown to your site visitors.

  4. Select the countries in this shipping zone
    You may select just one or multiple countries in your shipping zone. Group countries together IF they will share the same shipping rates. If, for example, you charge more to ship to Canada than you do within the United States, you would create one zone for the United States, and one for Canada.

    Note: A country cannot be added to more than one shipping zone.

  5. Set the shipping options available for this zone
    Name your shipping zone, specify whether it's free or paid (and price), and set an estimated delivery time. In this example, you can see a free 14-day delivery and an express 1-2 day delivery for 25 USD:

  6. Save your changes

What your visitors see

On the checkout page, visitors will be presented with a form where they can select the shipping option, and enter their address and an optional note.

What your visitors see if item cannot be shipped to their location

Visitors in a location that you cannot ship to will see a message like this:
