How do I run a promotion?
To run a promotion go to the promotions page, and click "Add new promotion". The stepper will guide you through the process. Click the video above to learn more.
Public or Private promotions
Promotions can be set to show publicly, or be kept private.
Public promotions are shown clearly on your site and available to anyone who visits.
Private promotions use only a secret codes that you share.
Promo codes
You can create custom promo codes.
Custom discount percentages up to 100%
Specify a discount percentage all the way up to 100%. Use the 100% option in a private private promotions (secret code) as an alternative to free trials!
Note: 100% discounts are only available on the first payment — they cannot be applied to all recurring payments. Credit card payments are still pre-authorized.
Offer discounts on the first payment, or on all recurring payments
Specify whether you want to discount just the first payment, or ALL payments in a membership:
The exception is a 100% discount: that can only be applied to the first payment, never to all recurring payments.
Restrict usage to a certain number of users
Set a cap on the number of available codes:
Set an auto-expiring duration
Specify a duration for your promotion or keep them active until you manually end them.
You can also save a promotion as a draft and schedule it to start on a future date, so it goes live automatically.
Restrict promotions to certain memberships
Specify which memberships are available for discounts:
Important: promotions discount memberships only.
A promotion cannot discount individual video or photoset unlocks, clip store sales to non-members, tips, or physical store products. To change what a non-member pays for a single clip, edit the price on that content itself under Uploads, then the video, then Access.
Customize announcement PMs and auto posts (X and Bluesky)
When publishing your promotion, you will be prompted to customize your auto-posts to X (Twitter) and Bluesky.

What shows on my site?
When you publish a public promotion on your site, a banner ad will show, and the membership page will include a "Promo" label:
