Encryption
Our platform uses delivery encryption to protect your content from theft and man-in-the-middle attacks. Encrypting video streams is a process used to secure your content using a secure algorithm and transmit it to only authorized viewers with encryption keys that work only on YOUR site.
β
We use AES-128, a symmetric key algorithm that requires a secret key for both encryption and decryption. We use multi-key AES-128 encryption (one key for each segment of the video).
β
The majority of other services do NOT have this video security so your videos can be easily bulk downloaded using browser extensions.
Watermarks
In addition to encryption, your videos are watermarked with your site name, and the member's email and username.
EXIF Data
Any EXIF data included in video or photoset uploads is removed during the re-encoding/optimization process. None of your original EXIF data will ever be shared with members as only optimized versions are streamed, or made available for download.
