Social (meta) images

Social sharing images may display on social networks (like X and Facebook) or in text messages, or internet search engines. Social images are an excellent way to influence how your brand and site are seen by users and to give the best first impression.

There are two types of social images:

  • Site Social Image: Represents your whole site

  • Content Social Image: Represents individual pieces of content or pages

How do I add a social image?

Social images can be added in Dashboard > Settings > Search Engine Optimization. Simply, click or drag to upload.

How can I test my social image?

You can use this site to test your social image: opengraph.xyz

Should my social image be SFW (Safe for Work)?

Yes, your social image should be non-nude/SFW to adhere to social media platform guidelines about NSFW content. We STRONGLY encourage creators to produce social media content that is non-nude but can still be sexually suggestive.
