How do I set prerelease access?
Prerelease access is set inside the access settings. Checking this checkbox will allow you to set an unlock price.

Is the prerelease option ONLY available for scheduled content?
Correct, the prerelease option will NOT show for content that is published or has been published.
Can I get the prerelease option back if I unpublish the content and set it to scheduled?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Once published, the prerelease feature will be gone.
