What are poster images?
A poster image is the graphic that is displayed when your video is not playing. Our app will generate a series of poster images that you can choose from, or you can upload your own. You CAN upload a GIF, although we do not recommend this as it will slow down your videos page. You can use the auto-generated video preview to get the same effect.

What size should poster images be?
If you chose to upload your own image, we would recommend uploading a good quality image with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
