Total Revenue

Total Revenue is the sum of all payments on your site, minus all fees. This includes all recurring and non-recurring revenue streams.

Revenue Growth Rate

Revenue Growth Rate measures the month-over-month percentage increase in gross revenue.


Revenue Churn Rate

Revenue Churn Rate is the ratio of net revenue lost through cancellations during a given time period versus the gross revenue available at the beginning of that period.

Content Views is the total number of unique views your content has received. If someone views a video more than once, it will still be counted as 1 view.

Content Commenters is the total number of unique people who left comments. If someone leaves more than 1 comment, it will be counted as just 1.

Joins is the number of people who paid for a NEW subscription or restarted a previously cancelled subscription.

Account Conversion Rate

Account Conversion Rate is the percentage of visitors to your website that create accounts.

Join Conversion Rate

Join Conversion Rate is the percentage of account holders that join (pay for a subscription).


Retention

Churn Rate (coming soon)

Churn Rate is the rate people are canceling (unsubscribing). When someone cancels they have “churned”. Churn is the inverse of Retention Rate (ex: if your 90-day Retention Rate is 25%, then your churn is 75%).

Retention Rate is the percentage of people who keep an active subscription over a given period of time (e.g. week, month, quarter). It’s the inverse of Churn (ex: if your 90-day Retention Rate is 25%, then your churn is 75%).

Average Customer Lifecycle (coming soon)

The Average Customer Lifecycle is the average number of days between the first subscription payment and last subscription payment.
