What should the dimensions of the logo be?
The logo should be 109x36 pixels. You can download the image below as a guide.
Where does the logo appear?
The logo appears at the top of your of your website, your coming soon page (if that is enabled), and any email communications that are sent to your members.
What is the icon?
Your icon is a smaller version of your logo that appears in the browser tab (favicon), and on the on members' homescreens if they have installed your mobile app.
How do I customize the icon?
In Designer > Logo, you can upload your own custom icon, or use our icon builder to make one. Your site will be assigned a default icon based on your site name.
