What is the wallet?
In addition to purchasing your content directly via credit and debit cards, members can pay from their wallet. Once members "top up" their wallet, they are free to use the balance to make purchases on your site. Wallets are typically used to purchase smaller priced items like chat messages.
What can members pay for with their wallet balance?
Pay-per-message messages
Content downloads
Content unlocks through chat or in your library
The Wallet can not currently be used to pay for memberships.
What is wallet activity?
The wallet activity page (Transactions > Wallet activity) shows you all of the payments on your site that were made from your member's wallets.
What restrictions/limits are there?
Wallet top ups are capped at certain amounts depending on the member's payment history and a few other factors.
