What is a story?
A story is a photo (or group of photos) or a short video that is intended to be brief and sometimes temporary (just like Instagram stories). A story can be set to delete after 24 hours if you don't want it to stay published. You can also delete a story at any time.
Who can see stories?
Stories can be seen by either paying members (users who bought a membership) or the public. You can specify this in the access page of each story during the upload process. Note: access settings can't be changed after a story is uploaded.
How do I charge a fee to view my stories?
Stories do not have their own unlock price as videos and photosets have. If the access settings are set to members-only, only paying members can view (users who bought a membership).
What type of content can be added to stories?
You can add any type of video or photo as long as it adheres to our Content Policy. Typically, clients will add a mix of content for non-members (the public) and paying members (active members).
Are there restrictions on story length?
Stories are limited to 3GB uploads. There are no restrictions on time length, if the upload is under 3GB.
