What is a model?
A model is someone appearing in your content — including AI personas you create.
Documentation requirements
For real (non-AI) models, you are required to keep records of proof of age, and the model's permission to use their content.
Do I need to upload documentation from models if they already have accounts on this platform?
If models are already on this platform, we do not require you to upload proof of age as we already have this information.
If models are not already on this platform, add their legal information to the models page in your Dashboard.
AI models
When adding a model, check This model is AI on the Info tab. AI models skip Private legal info and Identification — those fields are not required. Public profile setup (Cover, Profile, Card images) works the same as for regular models.
Go to Content → Models in your Dashboard → I want to… → Add model.
Showing a model profile with no content yet
By default, a public model stays hidden on your site’s Models section until they appear on published content (or scheduled content that is visible to members).
You can still show the profile now:
Go to Content → Models in your Dashboard.
Open the model’s menu and choose Make private profile public, or turn Public profile on in the model details.
If the model has no published or visible scheduled content yet, you’ll see the Empty model profile pop-up. Choose one:
Make public empty profile — the model appears on the member-facing Models section right away (name, bio, images, links). No content is listed under them yet.
Make public when appears on content — keep the old behavior; the profile stays hidden until content featuring them is visible to members.
Contact support or Cancel if you need help or want to leave things unchanged.
Tip: Site-wide Settings → Scheduled content controls how far ahead scheduled posts show to members. A model linked only to far-future scheduled content can still count as “empty” until that content enters the visible window — unless you chose Make public empty profile.
