What are complimentary memberships?
These are memberships that you have given out to people, usually for promotional purposes.
Can I get more compliments memberships if I use them all up?
We would be happy to top up your complimentary memberships should you run out and if you are using them for promotional purposes. Just send us a message via the live chat or to support@mymember.site to discuss. All sites start with 10 complimentary memberships but there is no limit.
How do I create and give away complimentary memberships?
On the site members page, click on the Invite complimentary members button:
This will bring you to a page which lists all of your complimentary members. On this page you will see a button to Invite via email, click this button:
