Payouts can be initiated at any time as long as your Available balance exceeds the minimum balance for that payment method (usually 5 USD). Please read this article for more info about Available vs Reserve balances.
Where do I initiate a payout?
To initiate a payout, go to Dashboard > My account > Payouts.
First ensure you have a payout method added to your account.
You will see your available balance that can be withdrawn by clicking the Payout now button (after you have added a payout method).
Note: There is a 14-day Reserve (hold) period for site purchases for security reasons, to ensure payments are cleared by banks and there are no fraud issues. After 14 days, the funds are transfered to the Available balance.
