Payouts can be initiated at any time as long as your Available balance exceeds the minimum balance for that payment method (usually 5 USD). Please read this article for more info about Available vs Reserve balances.
Where do I initiate a payout?
To initiate a payout, go to Dashboard > My account > Payouts.
Here's you will see your available balance that can be withdrawn by clicking the Payout now button.
