10 USD per month custom domain service fee
We require a fee of 10 USD per month for the use of the custom domain service.
This is an ongoing monthly charge while your custom domain is active.
You pay by credit card in your creator dashboard at Settings → Site & domain name. An active subscription is required before you can complete custom domain setup.
Domain registration (if you buy a name separately) is a separate charge from this monthly service fee.
This is the only fee for using a custom domain — there is no upfront fee, no setup charge, and no one-time switch fee.
Starting or fixing billing
Go to Settings → Site & domain name in your dashboard (open Site & domain name).
New custom domain setup: start the custom domain flow from that page, then complete the 10 USD per month subscription when prompted before DNS or domain setup can finish.
Failed or declined monthly charge: return to the same page, update the card on file, and complete payment again. If your site stops loading or you keep seeing declines, contact us through Live Chat.
Switching from a non-custom domain
If your site is currently on a non-custom domain (for example mymember.site/yoursitename) and you want to switch to a custom domain, only the 10 USD per month service fee applies. There is no additional or upfront fee — the monthly subscription is the only charge, whether your site is brand new or already live.

Changing to a different custom domain
If you already have a custom domain and want to switch to a different custom domain, contact us through Live Chat — our team must handle the change.
IMPORTANT: When you change a live custom domain site to another custom domain, all active memberships must be canceled — your members will need to join again on the new domain.
Getting your domain name
Buy in your dashboard: Go to Settings → Site & domain name and use Get a domain. Search for an available name and complete purchase — we register the domain for you and point it automatically. Complete the 10 USD per month service subscription when prompted. Domain registration cost is separate.
Buy externally: Register at a domain registrar (see how to register / buy a domain name), enter it under Settings → Site & domain name, and point DNS yourself. The 10 USD per month service fee still applies.
Domain ownership
We never claim ownership of your custom domain. Domains purchased through the dashboard are registered for you, not retained by MMS. If you leave mymember.site, we release your domain so you can take it elsewhere.
