100 USD refundable deposit
We require a deposit of 100 USD for the use of the custom domain service.
This amount is paid via credit card (we send you a Stripe payment link)
This deposit is returned to you in 365 days IF at that time:
Your site's gross revenue is greater than 1,000 USD for the previous 30 days, AND
Your site is still using the same custom domain.
200 USD non-refundable fee
If you launch your site with a non-custom or custom domain and then switch to a new custom domain, we require a 200 USD non-refundable fee.
IMPORTANT: If you change a live custom domain site to another custom domain, all of the active memberships have to be canceled, so you would need to get all of your members to join again each time you start a new custom domain site.
Why is this required?
We do this because setting up custom domains is time consuming for our support team, and involves multiple third parties. The entire process can take up to 7 business days from start to finish. We want to ensure you are serious and ready to invest in your site's success when using a custom domain.
