In addition to fees you pay at your registrar for your custom domain, we charge a 100 USD deposit for the use of the custom domain service. This fee will be returned to you 365 days later, IF at that time, your site's gross revenue is greater that 1,000 USD for the previous 30 days and your site is still using the same custom domain.
Why do you charge a set up fee?
We charge a set up fee because setting up custom domains is time consuming for our support team, and involves multiple third parties. We want to ensure you are serious and ready to invest in your site's success.
When are the fees applied?
This fee is applied each time you:
Set up a new custom domain
Switch from one custom domain to another
Switch from a non-custom domain to a custom domain
How do I pay the deposit?
You do not need to make the payment up front. We take the deposit off of your future earnings. We will make a negative adjustment to your available balance.
