Charges appear on members' bank or credit-card statements as a short billing descriptor. Exact bank formatting can vary slightly. Billing is discreet — statements do not show the creator's name, the site name, or adult content.
Billing descriptors
The charge typically appears as one of the following:
Primary credit card (new signups) — my_site or mm_site (many banks display this as MY SITE or MM SITE)
CCBill — CCBill.com *MMS, CCBill.com, or a close bank variant (sometimes a POS line that includes CCBill)
Segpay (card) — Segpay *MMS, Segpay, or SEGPAY.COM (or similar)
PayPal — a PayPal line, commonly PAYPAL *… (the merchant suffix varies by bank)
Local payment methods
If you paid with a local method — such as QRIS, OXXO, PIX, UPI, Boleto, DANA, Bkash, or a retail voucher — your statement will show the name of the local payment company that collected your money, not one of the descriptors above. That name may be completely unfamiliar to you.
This is normal, and the payment did reach us. Local methods are handled by a partner in your country, so their name is what your bank records.
These payments also confirm more slowly than a card. Your money can leave your bank before your access unlocks. If that happens, please don’t pay again — contact support and we’ll track the payment for you.
PayPal
When a member pays with PayPal at checkout, the charge shows as a PayPal transaction on their bank or card statement — usually PAYPAL *…. It stays discreet and does not name the creator or site content.
If the amount looks different
We charge in US dollars only. If your statement shows another currency, your bank has converted our US-dollar amount at its own exchange rate, and may have added a foreign-transaction fee. That is why the number will not match exactly.
This is a conversion, not an error or an extra charge.
Bank app formatting
Some banking apps label purchase debits as Withdrawal in the transaction-type column. That is a normal charge out, not a refund.
