Coming Soon and Contact Me/Us pages

When you first create your site and it's in development, you have a Coming Soon page that you can customize. There's also a Contact form (Contact me/us) so visitors and members can reach you by email.

Coming Soon page

Your Coming Soon page is a public landing page that shows your branding, a launch headline, an email-subscribe form, and your social media links — perfect for capturing interest while you finish building your site.

When a site is in progress, you'll see a "Coming Soon" menu option at the top of your Site Designer. You can configure:

  • Header — your logo size and visibility on this page

  • Subheader — the headline copy + text color + subscribe-button color

  • Social media links — pulled from your shared Assets library, with controls for which platforms show and how they're styled

  • Alignment — Left, Center, or Right

  • Background — image, video, or solid color, with transparency, blur, fade, and parallax effect controls; configure desktop and mobile backgrounds independently

Contact me/us form

Your Contact form (Contact me/us) lets visitors and members reach you by email. Configure it in Site Designer → Global settings → Contact us. If turned on, it will show on your site Menu at the bottom — you can reorder it or hide it, or only make it available for members to see.

What you can do:

  • On the Site Designer, select Global settings menu → Contact us (or click Contact in the Menu) to configure the form.

  • Turn on for everyone who visits your site or only for active/canceled members, or turn it off completely so your site doesn't have a contact form.

  • The contact form goes to the email you're using for your site account so you receive the messages directly, and can respond from your email.

Things to know

  • Sample content on these pages is just a placeholder — replace or remove it before publishing.

  • The social media links on the Coming Soon page are managed on the Global settings > Social links.

  • Changes don't go live until you click Save and/or Publish.
