Teammates lets you invite other people to help run your site without sharing your password. Each teammate gets their own login, and you decide exactly what they can access — from content and memberships to design tools and marketing settings.
Before you start
Teammates is for new users who don't already have a mymember.site account. If you try to invite someone whose email is already attached to a MMS creator or member account, the invite won't go through — inviting existing users as teammates isn't supported yet.
Inviting a teammate
1. Open Teammates in your settings
Go to Settings › Teammates and click Invite teammate.
2. Enter their email, name, and role
The role is a free-text label (e.g. "Editor", "Content manager") so you can keep track of who does what. It doesn't grant permissions on its own.
3. Set their permissions
Permissions are organised into eight sections. Each section can be set to Full access, Limited access, or Restricted — open a section to pick exactly which pages and actions are allowed. At least one page or action permission must be enabled before the invite can be sent.
4. Send the invite
Click Send invite. Your teammate gets an email with a link to join your site and set their password.
What the eight permission sections cover
You can mix levels across sections — for example, give a Content Editor full access to Content and Memberships but keep Settings and My account restricted.
My account — Security, Payouts, Tax statements, Personal and Legal info, Notifications, Language
Settings — outgoing notifications, blocking & security, content settings (DRM, watermarks, scheduled content), advanced settings (SEO, domain, tracking code, redirects), and integrations (X, Bluesky)
Transactions, Stats and Activity — earnings, statistics, and activity logs
Memberships — published and unpublished memberships
Content — livestreams, stories, videos, photosets, store, shipping, orders, vault, and uploads
Members and chat — member list, member tags, chat, mass messages, chat settings, polls
Marketing tools — promotions, creator referrals, and your affiliate program
Design tools — the full site designer (pages, sections, header, logo, colors, fonts, buttons, SEO, social media links, and more)
Editing or removing a teammate
From the Teammates list, click the three-dot menu next to a teammate to Edit permissions or Remove teammate.
On the Edit permissions screen you can also Update password (useful if a teammate gets locked out) or Remove teammate. Removing a teammate revokes all their permissions immediately, and the action cannot be undone.
