Free Download Limits let you control how many free downloads your members can have for photosets and videos within a certain period of time. Only videos or photos with download prices set to 0 USD can be included in the free download limits.
Customizing limits per rebill period
You can set a specific number of free downloads for each billing period.You can give the allowance at join, meaning members get their free downloads as soon as they subscribe, or on every rebill, where the allowance refreshes after each billing cycle.
Free download reset
The free download reset decides when a member’s free downloads start fresh. You can set it to reset at join, meaning members get their full allowance only when they first subscribe, or on every rebill, where the allowance updates each billing cycle. If you choose the rebill option, you can either Reset each billing period for a full refresh, or allow Carry over unused downloads, which adds any remaining downloads to the next cycle.
Paid downloads after limit is reached
You can enable “Allow paid download after reaching free limit”, so that once a member has used all their free downloads, the content automatically becomes paid and the system charges the set “Price per download.”
