Automatically group your members by attributes and activity. Use these groups for personalized offers and improved remarketing.

The Groups feature allows Creators to organize their members more efficiently. By using filters in the Members section, Creators can sort members based on activity, subscription status, or other criteria, and then save those filtered results as custom groups. This makes it easier to manage different member segments.

What can i do with groups?

Once members are placed into a group, you can take a variety of actions directly from that group. These include:

  • Giving or expiring complimentary memberships

  • Sending mass messages

  • Managing user tags

  • Switching memberships

  • Enabling or disabling notifications

  • Muting or un-muting messages and comments

  • Banning or un-banning members

Groups help you quickly target the exact audience you want while keeping your member management organized and accessible.


How to Create a Group?

Click on the members page, click the "Add filter" icon:


Select the filter: select an attribute or an event:

Clicking the plus sign allows you to add multiple events or attributes at the same time, letting you create a filter chain.


After selecting the filter, click on "Save group".


Name your Group and save it.

You will have five standard featured groups, and you can customize the rest however you like.

Q: How quickly are members placed into groups?
A: Members are grouped instantly as soon as the filters are applied. Any changes in member activity or attributes are automatically reflected in their groups in real time.


Q: What attributes are available?

A: You can filter and group members using attributes such as :​

  • Username

  • Status

  • Online status

  • Email

  • Member tags

  • Account creation date

  • Join or cancel dates

  • Membership type or changes

  • Promotions

  • Wallet balance

  • Total spent

  • Number of payments

  • Payment processor

  • Banned status.
