What is the wallet?
As a member, you can purchase content (not memberships), give tips, and pay for chat messages using your Wallet, once you "top up" and add money to it.
Note: wallet balance is non-refundable.
What restrictions/limits are there?
Wallet top ups are capped at a certain amount depending on your payment history, how long you have been a member for, and a few other trust-rating factors. If you want to add more than your limit, you will be prompted with secure payment methods such as crypto, PayPal, and/or pay-by-bank (for EU users only).
As your account builds credibility over time, your limit will be able to be increased. Contact our Support Team in the Live Chat to request a limit increase.
What is the fee?
There is a 10% payment processing fee that you can add onto or deduct from your top up amount.
