Note: False positives can occur, so it's important to hear the member's explanation. You can always contact support and ask for an opinion.
Detection sensitivity

Users detected sharing accounts are automatically banned for a period of time that can be customized.

Our activity page details all detection events. Detections include IP addresses, and indicate whether VPNs were used.
Notifications
