Chat messages of any sort can be unsent.
Unsending in the chat
To unsend a chat message, click the menu to the left of the chat message and click Unsend.
Unsending mass messages
To unsend mass messages, simply click the bin icon on the right side of the message.
Automated unsending using message duration
Unsends can also be automated, by using the message duration feature. Click on the message duration icon, and then specify the amount of time after which you would like the message to auto unsend.
Auto unsending via saved replies
Auto unsends can also be set via the saved replies using the message duration feature.
